"The hotel was nice and very quiet, but the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. We asked for a softer mattress or a topper but nothing was available. "The experience was mediocre right from the start when the pick up wasn’t on time, then the room allotted had to be changed twice as the first room allotted was supposed to have some known pipe issues, the second room allotted was already occupied!
