"Staff were friendly. Rooms were very tidy and quiet. We stayed at the Quest at the Mount last year and thought we had booked there but when we turned up we found out it was the wrong place. An unfortunate hiccup. Don’t know how it happened."

"After a little stumbling around, we finally worked out how to get access to staff and entry to the building. Car park and premises very secure. Easy access stairs and a lift to get around the building with ease. Quick, efficient check-in. A few little welcome gifts was a lovely touch and we were most appreciative. Good size room, view out toward the harbour, comfortable bed, separate shower and bath. Tip marks go to the chef in the Restaurant for the excellent food presented, particularly like his fresh made sourdough. Breakfast eggs were scrumptious on that delicious sourdough. Blake was the consummate professional with dining service, very friendly but not intrusive. A real asset to the business. He sang the praises of the chef, which is highly commendable."

"Front of house staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Contacted me re late check in time and left clear instructions and also helped with printing out documents I needed for work while on the road. Ample parking available for box body truck"

"This place is probably more a Motel rather than Hotel however dont let that deter you away from it. This was one of the better experiences I have stayed in when it comes to room comfort and staff accommodation. Check in was easy, everything was explained, the room was clean, bed soft, the lights were awesome and had really thought out features, aircon, tea, coffee, mini fridge. It was spacious and super well taken care of. The only issue I had was the continental breakfast, I just wish there were more options to choose from, but it was free with VIP so not much to complain about. Oh and soundproofing, I could hear my neighbours both sideways and above me, but at 9pm onwards, quiet. Would stay again :)"
