It has a living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player) with open-plan kitchen (dining area, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (2 single beds put together) and a bathroom (shower, WC), as well as a covered, furnished terrace, barbecue, car park, sunbathing facilities on the large property and a lockable bicycle storage room.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
