"The hosts were fabulous and blew is away with their welcome pack but is not suitable to sleep 4. Everything is just in one room and there's only seating for 2 unless you want to sit on a bar stool. The layout also needs rethinking because at one point my wife was in bed having a cup of tea and waved to the hosts as they pulled up in their car. If they switched the sofa and bed you'd get more privacy and be able to watch the tv from the sofa. Otherwise, it was great. Would recommend for a couple."

"Lovely cabin in, what felt like the middle of nowhere, But right off the main road. Couldn’t hear the main road at all, only the bird and nature. Lovely cabin, lovely and warm, clean and tidy. "For anyone wanting to "get away from it all" this provides a unique opportunity. No phone signal and no internet in the area where the Shepherd huts are situated provides perfect peace. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, and superbly functional, everything you need is here. In an area which is very close to the Beacons National Park, close enough for access and far enough away from the "beaten tourist path" to offer solitude and peace and quiet. "Absolutely loved the place and stay, thank you very much for having us. Couple of doors need to be looked at i.e the bathroom upstairs and main bedroom upstairs but that is just being nit picky and doesnt effect your stay. Everything you need if you want to cook etc too. Great host, met lydia. Friendly and if you meeded anything was no trouble for her. 100% staying again"
