"Our room was on the first floor and smelled very, very musty when we walked in. My 4 year old grandaughter immediately commented that it smelt "really bad" so we opened up the patio door and turned on the bathroom fan which eventually helped. The pool temperature was quite cool and the indoor hottub jets would not turn on when we tried the switch unfortunately. The outdoor hottub was working properly and was quite lovely. There were no bathrobes in the room and when we inquired at the front desk...

Very close to downtown Magog and stores and restaurants galore. If not for the rain both days it would have been perfect. Hotel room was great. Very comfy king size bed.
