Great place for relaxing
Had a very nice weekend getaway, enjoying the wellness, good food, nice walks by the lake, very friendly hotel staff. Will definitely go again!

Standard hotel nicht mehr up to date
Es dauert etwas lange dorthin zu fahren. Es ist nicht nahe Luzern. Der spa Bereich War sicherlich einmal toll aber wird etwas vernachlässigt. Die finnische Sauna hatte 80 Grad. Einfach viel zu kalt für solch eine Sauna. Der Pool War geschlossen. Die whirlpools leer. Dampfbad War warm aber kein Dampf. Ein ruheraum sollte leicht warm sein war dann aber gar nicht an. Es War alles heruntergefahren so schien es mir. Ich denke ganz oder gar nicht. Eine Sauna richtig eingestellt statt alles so halb gar würde mehr Sinn machen. Das Frühstück ist gut gewesen und die Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich. Der Fahrstuhl braucht aber auch zb ewig für 4 Stockwerke. Ist nicht tragisch aber zeigt einfach dass das hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und nichts investiert wird. So War mein Eindruck.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt am Vierwaldstättersee
Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Sekt als Begrüssungsgetränk. Zimmer sauber, leider durch Sonneinstrahlung extrem aufgeheizt, gegen 30 Grad Zimmertemparatur, keine Kühlmöglichkeit. Sehr grosser und schöner Spa-Bereich, lädt ein für weiteres Wellness-Wochenende. Küche ist abwechslungsreich und auch für Vegetarier geeignet.

Freundliches Personal, aber leider kleines Zimmer mit teilweise altem Inventar. Türe zum Gang sehr ringhörig. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Grosser Wellnessbereich. Sauber. Im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels würde man aber zu dem Preis Seesicht erwarten.
