Relaxing Getaway
We just wanted a clean place to stay on the river and this place fit the bill. It’s not fancy, but comfortable and well equipped with an awesome view of the river. The men loved fishing right off the dock and caught bass, a manta ray, blue crab and catfish. We had a wonderful stay. Host is friendly and responsive.

A Place to Relax
If you want to slow down and relax, this is the place. The river is only a few feet from the home and you can enjoy the view from the dock, deck, or living room. We have been multiple times and cannot recommend the place highly enough. And now Welaka feels fully opened up and there are multiple venues to dine and drink on the river. Go and you won’t regret it.

Great getaway on the river
This is our second trip to this property and once again we were not let down. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the river. The owner keeps the place very clean and well maintained. I am already looking at weekend to book next year. This year we even caught enough sunfish and bluegills from the dock for dinner on our last night. You just can't beat eating fish you caught without ever freezing them. I can't wait to get back!
