I unfortunately was unable to attend at the last minute due to a medical emergency but my father, step mother and brother continued with their stay. "This was the perfect location to base my week of enjoying, viewing, and photographing nature! I had a minor issue with the heat not working when I first arrived, but it was quickly resolved by the caretakers who also gave me some wonderful tips on where to find wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and pans, the hot water was plentiful and beds very comfortable. Everything was clean and the provided kayaks were well kept and fun to use! I hope to return for another stay!...

"Overall, it was good. I didn’t use the shower due to mold in the shower and on the shower liner. Everything else at the cabin was clean and comfortable. The Internet was strong enough for me to work and hold video meetings. The pond was lovely and the view was spectacular. Their watercraft could have benefited from some cleaning but they may not have gotten to it yet, so early in the season. Tami was friendly and helpful."

"This was our second stay here It is not near anything so perfect for our dog Didn’t use the fire pit area this time since it was a muddy mess but it is mud season and that meant the rest of town was very quiet too The access road could be sketchy with a low clearance vehicle Washer dryer is a great convenience Counted 30 moose in 2.5 days in the surrounding area Didn’t see any at the house but there were tracks in the yard"
