"This property was perfectly located close to everything. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. The views of the red rock mountains were spectacular and we enjoyed having our coffee every morning enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It was a welcome after a long day of hiking and shopping. Very clean and immaculate. I could see myself coming back again. Loved it!"

"Overall is was a very good stay. The location was perfect and very centralized for all the directions we wanted to take. It was clean and offered many amenities like home. We especially enjoyed the gaming opportunity on the video game. We were able to relive some childhood memories of playing old video games. "Everything was clean and we appreciated the washer/dryer and the massage chair. Beds were ok and kind of enjoyed not having a TV for distraction. Only two forks in the drawer so bring your own or buy some compostable ones if you have more than two people. "

"We cannot thank the host enough for giving us the perfect paradise for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. From seeing a parade of wild peccary, chatting with the sweet neighbor, hiking the gorgeous views, and even exploring in the snow… we are sad to be leaving Sedona and rejoining normal life. "Great property for my husband and I on our vacation to Sedona. So conveniently located and away from traffic and crowds. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Perfect for a couple, but would be crowded for 4 people. The eating area and kitchen are smaller. Very cozy and clean. "

"Stayed her for a long weekend with my huge family (19 people) with toddlers and teenagers and everyone had an absolute blast. The location is great coming in from Phoenix and is outside of all the typical touristy Sedona stuff. Red Rock State Park was a really nice family spot for easy hiking and sight seeing without the crowds and lots of parking and was just a 15 minute drive and the house was close to lots of food and grocery options. "We decided to stay 3 more days in Sedona so needed another VRBO location. This place was amazing and what a mountain view from the pool deck! We had 2 fire nights by the Solo Firepit as well as everything we needed to stay and enjoy the place from a fantastic and well-equipped kitchen to a cozy atmosphere. We are bringing our adult kids here next winter for sure. Great place! Close to hiking and the West side of Sedona makes it very convenient to get to. Will stay again!"

"Beautiful property. The bungalows were clean. The beds were not super comfy, but fine for a night stay. We did a two room, the second room was a separate bungalow. This wasn't ideal with our kids ages 6, 4, 2 so we didn't use as it was outside and seperate building across deck. The kids did enjoy the playground though. "
