Don`t like the business model between Homeaway, Belvilla, and Resort De Rijp
I easily found that i paid much more than the normal way if i book directly from the website of De Rijp. In my booking, Homeaway, Belvilla and Resort de Rijp, three party have been involved. I book the house through homeaway, but actually it is booked with Belvilla also not with de Rijp. The final service is provided by de Rijp not by Belvilla. In my first booking, i reserved 5 adults but can come with 4 adults and 1 child. The operation model between Homeaway, Belvilla, and de Rijp clearly influence me a lot. Actually, this time is totally different with my other 5 bookings at Homeaway. The reception of De Rijp is also not professional and not friendly. I am required to check out before 10 am Belvilla. But the reception start to work after 10 am. Don`t they think this is kind of contradiction? I did not get my receipt at two time (check in and check out). I was informed by Belvilla the check in time could be as late as 6 pm. But the reception at De Rijp is near to free and i can not get receipt after payment. Without auto, it`s not possible to get there. There are also no supermarket where you can buy some vegetable and fruit and the food then you can cook at home. I paid cleaning fee but still required to collect bedline when check out and put everythin back to its position. The photos used for booking is total different with what i finally lived in. The size of the final house is much smaller than the advised facillity. A kind of exaggeration. Don`t like the way. What i booked should be the same as what i finally used. I will never use Belvilla service on Homeaway anymore.
