"Very new ally built resort, beautiful rooms. Staff were helpful but some were poorly trained (new hotel?). This resort still has areas that are unfinished, such as the G Club, the villas and other amenities. It is also far (1.5 hour drive) from Sanya City. Not much to do or eat in this area...you’ll basically be stuck at the resort."

"Hotel staff are not friendly so do not expect any greetings nor smiles from them. They were not helpful nor keen in giving information about attractions nearby. Getting your luggage to and from the room was not convenient as there wasn’t any lifts. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs so do not carry any heavy luggage if you decide to stay here. No bellboy here. "

"Great stay! Very kid friendly. Daily foam party in the kiddie pool, 60 cms deep. 5 kuai beers. Lobby bar is a good time at the end of the day. Beds were acceptable for western standards and the seafood buffet was excellent. Our 2 night stay turned into 6. Excellent stay in the Ramada."

"The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything.
