"Upon arrival we requested early check in which they could not accommodate but check-in included Margaritaville vibe rum punch. We spoke to Nana and she was great at the check-in desk. "Staying at the margaritaville cottages was amazing! It was our first time and we will definitely be going back. The only thing that wasn’t clearly communicated at booking is that this isn’t part of the hotel so you don’t get a change of towels or your bed made unless you call housekeeping 24 hours ahead and there is a charge. I also had to run out and by some multi surface cleaner to wipe everything down before we left as they ask that it be in the condition it was in when you first arrived....
