"We had a great stay in the Neyland View apartment. The location was perfect for walking to UT campus to tour with our high school senior and we enjoyed walking to Market Square and Gay street to enjoy shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the apartment. If our daughter ends up going to UT, I’m sure we will stay here again."

"Great location. Only issue was access. The lockbox to get the front door fob is clunky and hard to operate in the dark (evening )when I arrived. Once in the elevator goes to the 2nd floor but you need some other keypad code to get it to take you down. I did not have one (?!) so had to use the stairs which exit into the alley. This was OK until some dufuss parked a U haul truck exactly in front of the exit door - I had to get down on my knees to get out. Fortunately it moved later but coufdl have...

"This was a neat property. Close to Old town and close to the dog show venue which is the reason for our trip. The fenced yard was perfect with the weather being so wet. We were able to stay on the stoop and watch the dogs. Then just pick up after them. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We even got to meet her when she was cleaning one of the other units! "
