"My boot sole broke while running thru the airport, and arriving at the hotel, we asked a staff member we met in the corridor if he had any sort of tape. He told us the get to our room and that he will find out with the cleaning staff if they had any supplies. Sure enough, 5' later he came knocking at our room, and presented a roll of masking tape that I used to secure my sole. This allowed me to get the train to the next town and but a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, i never knew the name of this staff member, but he went clearly above and beyond to satisfy his guests. Kudos to him and the rest of the staff at the Aerotel Heathrow!"
