"Check-in was easy. Room was nice, showing a little age. Hand towel was dirty-I’m assuming stained as it was folded in place. Wish I could have utilized the spa services. Breezy check out. "

"The rooms were clean, bathrooms well stccked, the pools were clean and warm, and the staff were kind, accommodating, courteous, and friendly. Overall I would enjoy and do look forward to staying here again. "

"The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy. You had to cross the room multiple times to make toast, get cereal, or make a cup of coffee. The restroom in the breakfast area was out of order. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Kids loved the water park - it wasn’t super crowded on the 60 degree day that we were there. Room, grounds, and facilities were well kept. "

"Loved having Lookout Mountain golf course right there. Bikes for riding were nice quality for some adventure on the trails. "
