"Very comfy bed and pillows. Great night's sleep. Very strange toilet in the bathroom, when you flushed it water splashed out on the floor. To get here from Gatwick Airport, follow the signs from the train station to buses downstairs. Go to Bay 9, and you can catch the bus from there. Be aware it's 5 pounds each way, so this adds quite a bit to your hotel stay. The hotel could do with explaining how and where you get the bus from the airport as it's really confusing for tourists. I would stay again though, as it was an extremely comfortable room. "

"What a position! Right inside the terminal. Check-in easy and room exceptionally quiet. Ours with window. Very clean and great shower. We also had 20% voucher for giraffe or weatherspoons. Which is on same floor walk out the lifts and within arms reach! Didn't expect that when booking. Fresh for early morning flight. Perfect! "
