"I give it 4.5 stars. Only downsides were that it's on a very busy street. This is manageable once you locate the property and time the light properly. I was never bothered by street noise. The bathroom is very clean but old so there's no vanity space and the shower can be slightly tricky to navigate. Water pressure is amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and has been updated. Living and dining areas were quite spacious for a small house. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy...

"We choose this location due to the ease driving to Brighton/Solitude and Snowbird. Very quiet neighborhood. 2 other units share the walls/roof. I did hear our upstairs neighbors getting up in AM. Close to Smith’s, Sprouts, and Costco. Plenty parking. No dishwasher. Streaming TV = no live local channels. Good communication with owner. Will come back again."

"When we arrived the garbage was overflowing and smelled the whole tiny house up. Texted host and she said to get the garabage cans from the curb and do it ourselfs with no apologie. They will not refund your money. Terrible!"

"We had the most wonderful stay here. The location is perfect and you can walk to The U as well as some good restaurants. This place is by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The owner thought of everything that one would ever need while traveling, including a welcome basket with locally made bread and cheese as well as fruit The cottage was exceptionally clean and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We felt at home and look forward to staying again!"

"Stayed here for our daughters graduation from Utah State. Perfect location yo my daughter and sine’s apartment! We moved from South Jordan in January returning for USU graduation! This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, great toys for the little in our family, and many charging cords for every type of electronic we had. Fully equipped kitchen allowed for us to make quick meals! Will stay again when we return yo visit our children!"

"This property was very cute with decoration and the guest can see how much work they have put into this property. The space was great for multiple guests. They seemed to be in the middle of remodeling with several tasks unfinished ( missing outlet covers and vent covers in kids bedroom. The yard was mostly dead and flower beds full of weeds and the hot tub was green and 107 degrees, so we couldn’t use it. We did enjoy our stay here, but the dead landscaping was a minus for us enjoying the back...

They had a pool (closed during our stay), a hot tub (blissful), game room downstairs, spacious rooms, and a cute little bar area. The house is beautiful and inviting. "My wife and I, our 7 month old daughter, and my parents, all stayed at this property. The host, Jack, was more than accommodating. He was kind, responsive, and the house had everything you’d need. We enjoyed there were 3 king sized beds, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, garage to park in, it was close to the grocery store and the freeway. Overall, we were very pleased and this is a perfect place to stay with a large family. I highly encourage others to book their stay here if visiting SLC...
