"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "In the middle of all the action. walking distance (a minute) from restaurants, shops and taxi stands. the beach, cruise port and Picasso museum are a short walk away. the apt was beautiful with full balcony overlooking the street shops ( i really enjoy but bring ear plugs bc its party goers are heard all night). "The hotel is in a great location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro right at the beach. We were staying jn a suite which although clean with great space was a bit tired in places abd definitely needed a rewire, sockets not working or coming out wall. The bed was really hard and very uncomfortable fir me personally. The staff were very attentive and the food was ok. "

"E very thing was great - loved we were able to church in early and got the same room we had before! Super spacious. Only complain was not to trust the vending machines - there is no recourse if does not dispense- ate my money!! And hotel couldn’t do anything about it. "
