"Good property, felt safe staying here and was convenient to the boardwalk and to the town. Beautiful views if you have a clear day of the volcanos and nice balconies. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it looked very relaxing. Room amenities could be improved no A/C and no safe in the room. The staff were helpful, but the VIP amenity said that you could get any 2 drinks for your stay, all I wanted was coffee and they made a big deal about this stating it was for alcoholic...

"The four bed room house was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, most of all the view of the mountains and lake are a wonder to wake up to in the morning. Downside is a boat is the only why to reach it, do not follow the GPS up the mountain, stop at the pier. The stairs up from the dock up to the house are in water and will move with the waves, the dock will move too. "
