"We knew this wasn't going to be a super flash place. It is what it says it is, a safe and convenient place to stay at a reasonable price. The room was not super clean, but the bed sheets were. The car park is very tight, but we still managed to get our Toyota Estima in and out. I was surprised at how quiet it was. Would stay here again, but keep your expectations in check. This is convenient more than fabulous."

"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! "

"We had a great overnight stay at the Bella Vista! The managers were very friendly and offered some helpful tips when we told them we were heading to the South Island after checking out. The motel is in a really nice part of Wellington with a nice cafe a short walk away and great restaurants a bit further up the hill. Would definitely stay there again."
