"An upscale boutique in the heart of everything. The room was wonderful - great quality bedding, bathroom and a full minibar. Room service was excellent - they graciously customized a few items for my dietary needs and served food on real china and a silver platter. THIS is the hotel you want if you're sick of the room-service-in-a-bag-with-plastic-forks lack of quality at all the other big-box brands. Staff were superb and the location is excellent. Well done!"

"Beautiful. Elevators. Art deco. Service. Food. All above and beyond expectations. Only downside was the room thermostat that wouldn’t go below 67 degrees for a good night sleep. Too warm with the beddings. "

"Room was spacious & clean with cozy beds. The lobby has so much more than you’d expect with a game room & viewing room in the back. The front desk, kitchen & bar staff were aMAZING. They definitely elevated the experience. 8/10 because the service was slow with limited equipment but the staff hospitality made up for it."

"This stay was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, Sally the cat was so sweet! Breakfast was great every morning! Wine & cheese in the evening was fun. Have I mentioned milk and cookies at 8 PM ! the tastiest touch every! We will be back!"

"Beautiful historic place! While our room was relatively clean it definitely needed a bit of a refresh-there were water stains on the ceiling and paint chipping on the walls. Very nice staff though! Enjoyed our stay!"
