"Hotel in the heart of Old Town. Nice place to sit and have coffee or a drink. Lots of music and performers. Its a short walk to really cute shops. There is an authentic gift shop closeby. Everything is made locally. The room was spacious Housekeeping was great. Didnt try the pool. The food at Upside was excellent but nobody was there both times i went. Front desk (Vlad) gave me some good suggestions. The remaining staff not so friendly."

"In this hotel, we stayed a dozen times since its opening. The hotel needs renovation and hygiene is not satisfactory. Old, defective TV, very poor wifi, odor in the rooms ... The beds are still comfortable and the linens are clean. Breakfast is satisfactory. We won't go back to this hotel unless something changes."

"This is a nice place to look at. The room was clean and the site was well maintained. My only issue was with the burned out light bulbs in the room that were never checked and the person at the front desk who flatly refused to make a breakfast reservation for us. I have never, in over 1500 hotel stays around the world, been refused a breakfast reservation simply because someone did not want to accomodate my request. In the end another employee helped us and we scheduled breakfast for the next...
