"The property was clean and the staff are very helpful. Our room was not what we expected because the room looked rundown, and it did not have a fridge or coffee maker. However, the room was clean and I had a great nights sleep. The room was spacious and there was plenty of parking around our building."

"I stayed with my family at the Sahara for a last minute trip that we wanted to do at the beginning of 2025 to celebrate the new year. Checked in on the 2nd checked out on the 4th. We reserved a double queen room but I was annoyed when I walked into the room to find a double twin at 10pm. Asked front desk why they gave me the wrong room and was I told they couldn’t do anything. All of us were tired so I let my kids sleep on the beds and I stayed on the couch. Next day there were different people...

"My intial room at check-in did not have the bed made and I called the front desk to ask if the bedding was clean, the receptionist gave me a different room altogether and I didnt have to wait for housekeeping to come by. I didnt mind making the bed I just wanted to make sure it was clean but she went the extra step for me which I appreciated!"
