"I had a really relaxing time in this studio. Garden playgThe views are simply amazing, especially on the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. Minor improvement maybe window, child lock, extractor fan and clothes rack. A car is necessary if steep hill walking is not for you. Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). "

"Outstanding - I could not rate higher. Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found. Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward. This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before."
