Incredibly spacious property with master bedroom, 2 lounges, dining room and kitchen all having expansive harbour views.
Watch the sunrise from the large Master bedroom with a super king bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. There is also a sofa bed and desk with chair in the room. The bedroom next to the main has King Single trundler beds which can be made into a Super King bed. The Queen bedroom is at the other end of the apartment and has a full bathroom including bath and seperate shower next to it. A seperate toilet is the next room along. The Queen bedroom opens out onto the back deck area and enjoys afternoon sun.
Massive lounge with reclining couches and large Smart TV. Dining table is extendable to fit at least 8. Cane seating room off the large kitchen that is fully equipped.
Master bedroom and all living spaces open onto a balcony and overlook the Whangarei Harbour looking out to the Whangarei Heads and the back of the apartment opens onto a sunny deck with Weber BBQ and seating.
Apartment is currently set up to sleep 5 but can sleep 6/7 by pulling out the trundler king single or pulling out the Dankse Mobler sofa bed. Plenty of room in the master bedroom to do this.

Well situated in Whangarei's seaside suburb, easy 9km drive into town and sitting at the entrance to the Whangarei Heads with its wide variety of beaches and bush walks. Easy drive to a large number of golf courses.
40 mins to Tutukaka Coast.
Whangarei's amazing TopSail restaurant is a few hundred metres along the waterfront- bookings essential and Flames Cafe, Restaurant, Bar & Events Centre is just a few km drive away along with a supermarket and various local shops and takeaways.
Garage parking for 1 car or 2 small cars and off street parking for another plus grass verge.
There is another apartment on the ground floor - completely seperate access, Beach Lane Apartment which sleeps 4. We ask that both sets of guests respect each other noise wise. See the listing for Beach Harbour Lane for the full property sleeping up to 11.

The hosts live just a few minutes away and will meet you upon arrival. Then fully respectful of your privacy but just a message, text or call away if needed for anything.
Quality towels and linens provided. Upon check out it is expected that your distribute your rubbish to the outside bins and the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state.
There are kayaks, bikes and paddleboards in the garage for use of all guests in our 3 apartments.
