"We had a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The bed a bit small, but we managed. The toaster didn't work but as soon as we notified the reception desk they gave us a new one. The room was not ready when we arrived at 2pm, but we they put it on rush and called us when it was ready. Hot tub and the pool a bit small and crowded with kids mostly. Overall a very nice experience, these were just small details."

There is no noise isolation between floors, so you will hear the heavy stompers wondering if they feel and hurt themselves, or just walked around... Outdoor pool is nice but not super clear.
