"We had adjoining rooms, so one of the rooms was noticeably hotter and smellier than the other. The hair dryer didn’t work. Judging from the ceiling, there had been an extensive leak at some point, which is probably why the one room smelled like mildew. It also was 8-10 degrees hotter than the adjoining room, despite having the air conditioner on full blast."

Our room must have been near a stairwell because I was woken (before midnight) with a door slamming but thankfully that stopped after several slams.
