"The staff was amazing! The property is in wonderful condition considering its age. The all-night coffee station was a lovely surprise. My only concern was the temperature of the hot water; but it was 8 degrees outside and we were on the third floor, so maybe it was that. Just wish it were hotter. But overall, magnificent!"

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely mini vacation. Everyone was friendly amd helpful. Stickney's restaurant is fantastic! We enjoyed the spa as well. The spa is beautiful and the staff pampered us. Can't wait to go back!"

"Spacious suite in a convenient location with access to resort amenities...but in dire need of updates and repairs. The property looks like the misfit child of the Valley surrounded by the other favorites that got first dibs on central HVAC and semi-modern flooring and fixtures throughout. For what it was, it was sufficient for my needs but I would say it was overpriced considering the condition of the property."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
