"This very comfortable place was ideal for my wife, 3 son, and dog. Sea views from front room and bedrooms were amazing. The beach is directly accessible by a series of step with no road between. We have a well-behaved dog, and did not use the lead from house to beach. Our host Patsy was very responsive and took care of any minor issues very rapidly. Highly recommend even in the winter. I imagine it would absolutely incredible in the summer "

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. "Greeted by the lovely Danielle on reception who is a credit to the hotel, we had another lovely stay at the hotel. We are regular visitors to the copthorne, mainly on a Sunday, food is great and rooms are really comfortable. The car park is ideal and its a bonus that you get a discount for being a guest. We will definitely be back soon"

"Second time staying here and don’t think k I’ll be back. I booked a room with a balcony which the door didn’t open so couldn’t go out, the hotel maintenance staff came to repair but stood and looked and said I think it needs reporting. This morning having a 12pm check out thought we would take the opportunity to have a lay in and a chilled morning for the cleaning staff keep coming in and out of our room even though I’d put the do not disturb sign on the door. "
