"Lovely Hotel setting in the countryside and full of character. "

"Stayed one night. We were welcomed by the staff who quickly checked us in and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and had a comfy bed. There was tea, coffee and water, although the kettle was small considering they had mugs for the drinks (love the fact they were mugs!). The bathroom was small but functional, but no extractor fan which is surprising. We didn't eat here, but did have a few drinks in the bar and the staff were again very friendly as were the locals. Would I stay here...

"Very nice room with comfortable bed, excellent shower, though fairly small bedroom with a standard sized double bed and no chairs. Free parking space for each room. Extremely good value for money. Premier Inn, Hereford wanted £110 more for 1 night(!) and would have charged extra for breakfast and parking! We had a meal at the pub that was OK. All the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"This historic property is charming and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay in king bed rooms. There are a lot of stairs but that is expected in a historic building. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the on site restaurant. The staff is helpful and friendly. "

"Wonderful room, very spacious and cool. Yes air conditioning goes a long way these days for the beginning of an English summer. Breakfast was also quite nice, it was freshly cooked and generous. If I’m ever headed down this way again, I’ll be sure to stay again. "
