"Cypress Sky House" offers a cozy cabin vibe in a spacious modern home. Newly built 2022, this home is an upscale, family-friendly retreat that offers a spacious open floor plan, that is a perfect gathering place for family and friends.

10' ceilings throughout the home and large windows offer tons of natural light and nature views. A beautiful floor to ceiling stone stacked gas fireplace sets the mood for an evening of playing games, watching movies or cozying up on the couch with a loved one. Gorgeous wood beams line the ceiling to create that luxurious cabin feel!

When sitting and enjoying your coffee at the breakfast bar, it's common to see families of deer grazing among the tall pines, or a sky of pink and red while enjoying a meal around the table during sunset.

Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Separate from the main living area, above the garage is a separate suite space currently set up as a game room/second living room for the kids (or adults!) which can be converted into a 4th bedroom and sleeping area. The "suite" has its own bathroom, mini-fridge and AC/Heating Unit.

After a long day of hiking, skiing, or golfing, enter through the private entryway into the mudroom. Equipped with a brand new washer dryer, utility sink and tons of space to clean up. Washer and Dryer is available to all guests for use free of charge!

Bedroom 1: One King sized bed, private large primary bathroom with natural stone double headed shower, large walk in closet, Smart TV, and sliding door to patio with beautiful nature views.

Bedroom 2: One Queen sized bed, large closet, Smart TV

Bedroom 3: Bunkbed with twin (top) and full (bottom) and one twin sized bed, large closet and Smart TV

Bedroom 4 (upstairs suit) : Twin Trundle bed, and Full sized futon. Private work space, full-sized private bathroom, mini-fridge, large closet, Smart TV and playstation. Queen air mattress available in closet for your use should you need more sleeping area!

2nd bathroom sits between 1st and 2nd bedroom - full sized bath, storage closet.

Additional beds: Two spare twin mattress are available in the primary closet should you need to set up the little ones close to you or require extra sleeping space! Lines upon request!

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, cooking and dining utensils, full set of cookware, knife set, glassware, baking sheets, toaster, blender, Keuirg/Drib combo coffee maker, coffee mugs (to stay or to go!), full pantry to stock all your favorite items, breakfast bar for 4, kitchen table seats 6.

Outdoor Patio: Brand new propane BBQ grill and fire pit. A perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature and watch the deer graze in the forest or gaze up at the starry sky!

Parking: Large private driveway (room 3-4 cars or trailer/"toy" parking".

There is a a Ring Doorbell and floodlight camera installed to monitor emergencies and when the home is unoccupied.
