"It took the front desk manager 10 to 15 minutes to even show up at the front desk to check me in. I rang the doorbell. I went to speak to staff. he was nowhere to be found for over 10 minutes. No wifi info provided. When I returned to get the Wi-Fi only an hour later, once again there was no one at the front desk I waited 5 minutes and didn't weigh any longer just went back to my room without the Wi-Fi info. "

"The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy. You had to cross the room multiple times to make toast, get cereal, or make a cup of coffee. The restroom in the breakfast area was out of order. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. "The carpet is very dirty—you can clearly see the dust with the naked eye. As for the breakfast, the potatoes were not crispy and tasted old. I expected better quality based on the reviews. Lastly, the bathroom also appears quite old and worn."
