"We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. "

"Great location. Easy street parking, but there is a pay lot just around the corner if needed. When we first arrived, we thought the location wasn’t exactly aesthetically pleasing, but the area was completely safe and walkable. The building is extremely quiet. "Exceeded my expectations. I knew that breakfast would be provided each morning. But I didn't know that Jeff is a restaurant chef and his wife Linda is a CIA trained pastry chef. Jeff and Linda were so friendly and accommodating. I felt almost as if I were staying with family. After breakfast I took my 2nd cup of coffee outside to the garden where I read for awhile. "What we loved the most was the location and it was very clean and comfortable. There were Very steep two floor stairs, it needs a little more attention to detail to make it a 5, for example, better quality TP, needs dish towels in the kitchen and soap for the dishwasher. "
