"Our trip would have been ruined if Brie had not been on duty on Sunday. She was kind and understanding. As far as pet friendly goes, I would say more pet tolerant. Dogs aren’t allowed in the main hose or on the porch. They are supposed to be put in a crate that you are required to provide while you shower or sleep. Finally, they are never to be left alone in the room, crated or not. That is NOT pet friendly. "

"Alpenhof is everything you’d want in a B&B times a thousand. The owners greet you warmly and remain available while giving you space. The rooms are impeccable - every detail thoughtfully designed for the experience, and each bed (I’ve stayed in different rooms over the years) is so sooo comfortable!! There’s an enormous amount of gorgeous space - inside each room, in the incredible common areas, and on the landscaped grounds outside. I’ve never had a desire to re-visit a hotel or Airbnb or B&B...

"Absolutely beautiful property and the service is amazing. The host served us the most beautiful and delicious breakfast i've ever had, of pastries and baked goods as well as fruits and yogurt. I would go again any time i'm even near philly visiting."
