"The property was nice, it was under renovation at the time of our stay but kept clean. The only problem I had was that the check out was at 12pm and while I was in the shower around 9:30am I heard a knock on the room door, then the door was opened by hotel personnel, with a key. I yelled I was in the room, I heard a male voice then they left. When I reported this to the Man at the desk, his demeanor was dismissive and his response was “well, did you have the do not disturb hanger on?”. All keys have to be returned to the desk so why would he think the room was not occupied? I felt uncomfortable and like it was no big deal that some male staff was trying to enter my room! All of the cleaning people working on that floor were women. I won’t stay there again! "
