Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new lake home is one of it's kind at Tim's Ford. The house is nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood with woods in the backyard. The dock is only a small golf cart ride away. Enjoy beautiful lake views at your own private dock! This house is equipped with an amazing home theatre projector system, game room, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and plenty more amenities! Tim's Ford Dam is only one mile away and has a public boat launch for you :)

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located on the lake!

This home is not a good fit if you are expecting to do a lot of partying. Our home is in a very quiet rural neighborhood that allows short term rentals but we want to respect our neighbors and our home. Also, a new luxury 6 person golf cart is available for rental to make going back and forth to the dock easy and fun! Our dock is toward the top of a cove so you get beautiful views of the main channel but you can also tie your boat off here since there is not much wake.

This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 4 TOTAL vehicles are allowed in the driveway/garage. Please do not park in the grass or the road. Also, only one vehicle is allowed to parked at the cull de sac where the dock is located. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior.

A Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway
We loved our spring break stay at this beautiful property. We had plenty of room to spread out with 2 couples and 5 children, ages 6-9. Our kids adored the game room, and we all loved utilizing the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings. We would love to come back in the summer to get to experience all the lake has to offer!

Spontaneous Family Get Away
Home and dock as described! More than well equipped for a fun family escape! Spacious, bright, well laid out! While we chose to walk the short distance between the home and dock, as great bonding /conversation time, if you have small children or others with ailments I would encourage renting the golf cart. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect lake weekend
We have only good things to stay about this stay! The house was beautiful with just a short golf cart ride to a great private dock. Awesome dock!
The dock at this property is amazing! It is a short golf cart ride to where the two story dock is. It has a slide, 2 SUPs and 2 kayaks that provided endless fun for our kiddos. We cannot wait to visit Tim's Ford again!

Weekend Getaway
Loved the house! We had everything we needed just a short golf cart drive to the dock, that the grandkids absolutely loved, they enjoyed kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. They really enjoyed the slide and the top of the dock. Definitely will be coming back! The property manager was awesome and reached out the day of arrival and check out day as well! Awesome place to stay can’t wait to return!

Family Vacation
Great location on Tim's Ford lake. We had easy access to Chattanooga, Nashville and Huntsville. There is a lot to see within about an hour drive from the house. Excellent communication from booking through checkout. The house was perfect for us. We used the hot tub daily and played countless games of ping pong. The neighborhood is quiet which was perfect for us. Great place to stay if you're going to be in the area.

Well-appointed lakehouse, perfect for girls' weekend
New well-appointed lakehouse that was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. The cabin is just across the street from Tim's Ford lake and has a lake view. It was spacious and we enjoyed sitting by the indoor fireplace talking, watching a movie and playing ping pong. The bedrooms are comfortable and have a nice setup. Highly recommend.

This lake side house was just perfect. Clean (almost new looking), lots of room, kayaks and paddle boards, hot tub. giant TV, ping pong table. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend. May Lake Vacay
Despite the weather and the water being on the cooler side, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as listed - clean, well stocked and so much room for our extended family (including 4 kiddos under 8). The dock is amazing - will have to come back when it’s warmer to take advantage of all that fun! Golf cart was a BIG hit! Derrick checked in on us beginning and end of the stay - and gave lots of good recommendations for local fun! You won’t regret booking this house!

Perfect place for a large family get together.
This home was perfect! Very clean. Kitchen had all the items for cooking you would need. The game room was perfect for entertaining teens while the fire pit occupied the adults. The golf cart was a hit as well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Close to town yet far away from any noise. We will definitely be back. Thank you Derick and Samantha!

Great Property
The house and property were very clean and spacious. Communication was fantastic. If we needed something they responded almost immediately. Plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. The dock was amazing with the slide, kayaks and paddle boards. The entire family enjoyed it. The only thing I would recommend would be some cleaners to wipe down surfaces especially after cooking. Other than that it was a fantastic vacation and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect lake home
Our stay was wonderful! It was an exceptionally clean vacation home and the hosts were so nice and helpful. The hot tub was awesome—we used it a lot! We loved playing ping pong and the arcade machine, which included Pac Man and Galaga (two of our childhood favorites). Our teenager loved the bunk beds! The TVs in each room were great. The best part was the dock and the golf cart. The top level of the dock allowed us to enjoy reading and lying in the sun. The views were amazing. The bottom level was perfect for fishing and swimming. We drove around the neighborhood in the golf cart and saw lots of deer. We were lucky that there was a beautiful full moon during our stay, and amazing weather too. We will be back!

Wonderful Little Spot For The Weekend!
This was a great stay for my husbands birthday. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and how well thought everything was. It had everything we needed and more. The home even gave us some ideas and inspiration for our own homes! We love the perk of the golf cart that you can rent extra. It was great to just sit back and ride down to the dock. Let me tell you about the dock!! The dock is where it is at! This was such a great dock and had all the things you need to have fun. We were able to dock our boat as well. The kids loves the slide and jumping from the dock. It was truly great! We didn't get to spend as much time on it due to the weather, but we don't live far away at all and we plan to stay again in the near future as it is so convenient for lake weekends. Plenty of space and a good neighborhood! Perfect for families with younger children too. Thank you Derreck & Samantha for a wonderful clean and fun home.

Great house, close to the lake with great dock
We booked this trip for 6 people (all adults). The house has a great setup to comfortably accommodate and keep everyone entertained. Foosball and ping-pong tables are an awesome addition. The lake is only a 1 minute drive from the house and the dock is awesome. If you want a great place to stay and unplug at, check this place out.

Exactly as Described
A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart. Also, the house itself is pretty quiet- the sound doesn’t travel room to room - which was nice with multiple families.

Labor Day Weekend
Our family had a great stay. The teens especially love the game room/ bunk room in the evenings, after a long day on the water. Absolutely Gorgeous Lake House
This house is amazing with a well-equipped kitchen, very short distance to the lake and room enough for plenty of friends and family. We had 10 people and were never crowded. Beautiful decorating and the management/owners think of everything from laundry detergent to towels for the hot tub and lake. The lake- the dock was amazing as we spent 7 hours floating and catching a tan. Couldn’t recommend this house/dock combo any more. Be sure and rent the golf cart too!
