"We were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely stay. Good nights sleep, quiet and safe. It does need updating but it was clean and comfortable. Shame pool and gym is only open in the morning. We couldn't go after checkinh in. 20 min walk to town. Not so bad for the price. "

"Loved the stylish Italian design and the Amalfi Suite layout. It felt luxurious. It was also really centrally located just off thr high street. It was very comfortable. We had a couple of basic cleaning issues, which were not corrected during the stay, which has resulted in us not giving 5⭐️ for everything."

"The Railway View carriage was just delightful! It is small but perfectly set up. Not much storage for clothing but we managed. Perhaps a few more hooks to hang things would be useful. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee necessities after our long drive. We didn't want to leave!!"

They allowed me to leave my luggage at the apartment early, which was available for an early check-in. My roommates and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "This beautiful spacious property was perfect for our stay in Cheltenham. The tastefully decorated lounge is beautiful and just enticed you in to sit and relax on the sumptuous sofa’s and comfy chairs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and friendly. It’s close to the town centre but very quiet. We will definitely come back again. "

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...
