Nice little place to stay for a few days. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Modern decor is easy on the eyes. Everything was neat and clean. The pillows on the bed are too hard to be comfortable for sleep but there are softer ones in the closet. The coffee bar could use a press on /off light under the shelf. The air dryer bearings are failing so device needs replacement. Overall a solid 9/10

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cute and very clean place. (Great decor!) We have relatives in Winter Haven and spent our days with them. All we needed was a place to relax and sleep at night. Your place was perfect. Very quiet at night. It was exactly as represented.

We loved this property! It was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated with check in and check out being seamless. It had everything we needed.. including coffee.. and was perfect for our weekend getaway. There are a few restaurants on the lake that are within walking distance that we really enjoyed. The mussels at Tanners were amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice little rental for us! We enjoyed our stay and the neighbors were nice. Very easy to find. As a previous review stated, it is close to a train track and some vehicles are loud but it doesn't make it a bad place to rent. If we were in the area again, would definitely rent again!

Cozy and great. Value
It is a cozy and small efficiency type room that met all my needs at a great price. The property manager was very kind and communicated well. The only downside was it is near a rail line and trains were coming all hoursof the day and night. But I quickly got used to it. It was a great value.

Perfect
This property was absolutely perfect for what I needed. I was in FL for college baseball games. It was between the two fields. Nice walking parks close by. Great Oyster Bar within walking distance..Haven Roasters has great coffee within walking distace. Lake sunsets close by were gorgeous. Need to be able to put up with frequent trains as tracks are close.
