"It is both a location and a beautiful spot. Not too costly, either. Everyone was really nice. Old bathrooms were the only thing we disliked, particularly a bathtub that appeared to be from ancient times. It was not something I wanted to walk barefoot in. Fortunately, whenever my daughter and I go somewhere, we always bring shower shoes. Also, To improve the room's appearance, the glass on the windows and balcony door should be replaced."

"Older resort but has a lot of charm. Because it's older the lobby has that older smell to it when you walk in. Parts could be updated to some of the buildings. We rented an economy room with twin beds and a bunker up top in the Lodge building. "Husband and I chose to escape our loud full home to spend a quiet night away. The front desk gal was welcoming and efficient. Our room was very comfy. The furnace is a bit loud when it kicks on. And I do wonder if anything can be done to prevent the snowmobile fumes from getting inside. We were on the 2nd floor and could still smell gas. "

"Our room was large, newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast and morning staff. At breakfast, there were few choices for a healthy breakfast. The yogurt ran out and wasn't refilled. I waited for 15 minutes then asked the staff if they had more. She gave me a rude look and nodded abruptly, then went and did something else and finally refilled the yogurt. The juice machine was turned off 15 minutes before the posted end time for breakfast."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this best western. We had an issue with the sheets not being clean when we first got there, but they quickly remedied that problem. The pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was good, but there were a lot of people, and a long wait if you wanted to get a waffle. A bigger room when there's that many people staying there, or a second room would be nice."
