Zudem waren auf den Fensterfugen im Schlafzimmer sowie in einem Küchenschrank ebenfalls Schimmel zu finden. Deshalb haben wir nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen und dann die Unterkunft gewechselt. "The room was ok, comfortable bed, quiet area. Unfortunately the tv didnt work properly, staff came to look at it but couldnt sort it and there were no maintenance staff available, offered another room but that tv was the same so just had to make do. The towels were only small, didnt cover up, did have to ask the next day and were given bigger towels but shouldnt have to ask really. Overall ok but for the price would have expected these issues not to have occured ."

"Great location (close to Victoria station). Very nice staff, clean room, nice toiletries, and a tower fan. No lift and I was on 3rd floor, but staff took my luggage up and the stairs are wide for an old building. I would definitely recommend. "

"The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was convenient as it was less than 5 minutes walk to the tube station. The staff were all very helpful during our stay and if we were going to be travelling to London, we would be more than happy to stay here again! "

"We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "
