"Everything in our room that could break was broken, including the shower door, towel rack, kettle, and window latches. Even the cups were chipped, and one of the entrance keys we were given didn't work. Even though we were in a double room, we had to request a second towel on 2/3 days we stayed there. I used a towel to clean the floor and shower and was put out of the HOTEL the 2nd day! because the “owner” stated that that’s not the “french” way....I think he was being racist!!
