If yiu want quiet, then this is not the best place as being walking distance from everything, there is a lit of foot traffic with boisterous drunks at night. "This home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay in a home with everything that we needed. It was convenient for exploring the area. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with."
