The property has a legal licence to operate as a holiday let, this is known as a LICENCIA VIVIENDA VACACIONAL (see details for the number).
1100 m2 private plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, 5 bedroomed, detached, extremely spacious, air-conditioned, private, safe and quiet villa which offers beautiful far-reaching views of the dramatic landscape of Fuerteventura along with stunning views of the wider Atlantic Ocean and the La Bocayna or La Bocaina (Spanish: Estrecho de la Bocaina) Strait which separates Lanzarote from Fuerteventura.
Four of the five double bedrooms have their own south-facing terrace and seating areas with beautiful sea views. The master suite has its own very personal terrace and seating area with >180 degrees sea views.
Three of the five double bedrooms are en-suite, all with their own walk-in showers.
The large master en-suite also has a big corner bath as well as a walk-in shower.
There is another bathroom with wash-basin, toilet and walk-in shower on the lounge level of the Villa giving four bathrooms in total so there should be no queues.....
Swimming Pool – Larger than it looks on the photos….
The large, heated private swimming pool is set within a spacious South-facing elevated terrace that has been extended around the far side of the pool (south side) to provide an extra-large outdoor living space which enjoys the sunshine all day long, all year round. The infinity-style, kidney-shaped pool holds approximately 80,000 litres of water and measures around 10m x 5m at the longest/widest points. It is 1.3m at the shallow end and 1.65m at the deep end (4'3" shallow and 5'5" deep).
The pool is a saltwater type which is easier on the skin than traditional Chlorine pools. Salt water chlorine is less concentrated and doesn’t dry or irritate the skin as much.
12 people can easily sunbathe on the main terrace and around the pool with plenty of room to spare and from here you can watch the sun come up in the morning and see it sink into the Atlantic Ocean in the evening creating beautiful and dramatic sunsets.
There is a nice covered "Chill-out" area with a large, very comfortable outdoor corner-sofa and table where you can avoid the sun on hot days. This area and the outdoor dining area is also covered by Wifi.
There is a barbecue area with a brick-built BBQ, sink and serving area.
Next to the BBQ is a further covered area with a beautiful, very big marble table with cushioned seating that easily seats twelve. It's perfect for enjoying meals, drinks and watching the sun go down while the islands light up at night. You can occasionally watch large, beautifully lit Cruise Ships sail through the strait between Lanzarote & Fuerteventura on their way to/from other Canary Islands or the Caribbean and other sunny destinations.
ARRIVING & FUTHER DETAILS
On arrival, drive up alongside the villa and enter on the elevated middle floor into a bright, modern, welcoming open lounge with comfy leather sofas, flat screen television and two sets of double doors that open out onto the main terrace with views towards the islands & the lighthouse at the Southern tip of Lanzarote.
Turning right from the lounge takes you into a hallway that leads you to a large double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, king-sized bed and double doors that open out onto the the south facing terrace with sea views. It’s lovely to lie on the bed with a book, with the doors open and fresh sea air coming in.
Off the same hallway is a comfortable, bright twin bedroom with double doors that open onto the main terrace and sea views. Opposite the twin bedroom is a toilet and walk-in shower room.
Turning left from the lounge takes you into the modern and bright, well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would expect (fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, combination microwave oven) and a table that will seat eight.
The photo shows the table set for 6 but there are two further matching wooden chairs not in the picture.
There is a covered solana off the kitchen which is home to the washing machine, child's high chair, additional kitchen aids, cool box, cool picnic back pack etc. The kitchen leads directly onto the pool terrace and therefore provides simply wonderful views when preparing food in the kitchen!
Go down the stairs from the lounge to the ground floor and turn right, this will take you into a self contained apartment with its own lounge and kitchen area and uncovered solana which is useful for drying clothes or storing bicycles & sports equipment etc.
The ground floor apartment lounge has double doors which open out onto the apartment's own shaded patio area and the front gardens. From here there are nice sea views out towards the lighthouse and its rocky coastline.
Off the lounge is a double bedroom with twin beds (can be separate or put together) and an en-suite walk-in shower room. Double doors also open out onto the front patio & gardens.
It's perfect for privacy from the rest of the villa, we use it for the Grandparents, or to hide the teenagers! There is a flat screen television though this is not currently connected to the main television (Mar 2022), so bring your Fire Stick or use the second Xbox to connect to Internet TV such as Netflix.
Go left at the bottom of the stairs on the ground floor and you will come to a very big twin bedroom, this is the only room without a sea view, but it does have double doors leading out to a small uncovered solana and these can be opened to let a nice breeze into the room. The twin beds also have slide out mattresses underneath suitable for 2 more children if necessary. There is a flat screen television though this is not connected to the main television (Mar 2022), so bring your Fire Stick or use the second Xbox to connect to internet TV.
The pool table is on the ground floor under a covered area in front of the double garage. The pool balls, pool cues, chalk, brush & leveller are in the cupboard by the main wooden entrance door in the lounge.
Go up the stairs from the lounge towards the Master Suite and turn left to get to another large sunbathing terrace with two sun beds and more far-reaching sea views. Warning! it gets hot up there as there is no shade unless you use your parasol!

Getting Around:
Either hop on the circular Playa Blanca bus at the stop at the bottom of the road outside The Rubicon Palace Hotel, or grab a taxi at the taxi rank, the taxis are extremely cost efficient and within a 2 to 3 minute walk from the Villa.
There is also an new Electric Scooter station next to the taxi rank. The scooter stations are now quite common around Playa Blanca and are an ideal way to get around for the more adventurous.
The nearest beach is the Natura Beach, a small cove type beach a 10 minute walk or so from the villa for the average person. There is a nice selection of bars and restaurants and access to the coastal path that runs for several miles along the entire south coast of the island and is great for runners & walkers alike.
There is the fabulous Greek restaurant called Sebastyan’s, and an amazing Argentinian restaurant serving the best steaks. Try the Italian if you fancy pizza and pasta or enjoy Paella at the Natura Beach Bar.
If you're not hungry, simply chill out at the Marea Terraza Lounge cocktail bar and enjoy a drink or two. All of the restaurants and bars sited along the coastal path have amazing sea views over to Fuerteventura and beyond.
