Fully renovated 1850s era home steps from Yarmouth Village and the Royal River. Walk to restaurants, art galleries, Rosemont Bakery, NYA, and to the hiking trails of Royal River Park. Enjoy morning coffee on the back deck while listening to the falls or church bells on Sunday morning. This home is an ideal base for experiencing the phenomenal restaurant and arts culture in Portland, just 12 minutes south, as well as shopping in Freeport, and quintessential attractions of Midcoast Maine.
