"Well located near Jordan MTR station. Room size is decent - better than expected - though inevitably smaller than other less densely populated locations. All staff were polite and friendly. But biggest praise must go to the breakfast at The Astor. If you haven't included it with your room, it's excellent value to add when you want it, and the range of food on offer is incredible (huge!), and all very tasty."

"Very dirty bed with hair and stains from previous guests, mold that they had tried to cover over, no lock on the bathroom and above all, the room looks nothing like the pictures here. I pointed it out to the staff who didn’t care at all and blamed Hotels.com instead."
