"The lagoon with the beach is beautiful, clean water and sand. All 3 pools are nice! We stayed at the sea view villa, that is not too spacious but comfortable The only uncomfortable thing is the location of the WC in the bathroom, every one in the villa can see you) Dining is also above average lavel, big variety for breakfast and good a la carte options for lunch"

"It's a massive complex of individual villas. Ours was a 3-bedroom that had a private pool in the back, then a grassy area, then... the beach. Absolutely stunning, highly recommend. The place was spotless, very clean. And very comfortable, it accommodated our group of 7 with no issues. You get around either with a "tuk tuk" (large golf cart with seating for ~12) or by walking. There are a few restaurants on the property, in descending order of quality: the beach club (good Vietnamese food), then the Level Lounge (made to order breakfast was nice), then the buffet restaurant in the lobby (avoid at all costs). They got everything else so right, I don't understand how they got the buffet so wrong. So net, I would invest in being close to the Club and on the beach to maximize enjoyment of your stay. Go to the Club and the Lounge for meals and just avoid the rest of the resort, you won't regret it."

"Recently completed a 3 night stay in a grand 2 bedroom suite The room was nice and roomy with a great view. Sufficiently clean and well equipped We had a hiccup on arrival which the hotel staff recognized and apologized for. Nha Trang we found out is home to tourists who possess pushy, abrupt and demanding natures so the experience at check in was not necessarily the fault of the staff but the fact that most establishments in the city tend to cater to these behaviours. Overall the hotel is great Staff was friendly Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty The noise from the street does carry , so if you want quiet on the ocean view side this will not be the case. But if you want a city stay with city options the location is great! "

"The hotel has a good location. The staff were also very friendly. However, there were no employees who could speak Korean. The bed sheets were dirty on the first day, but they were replaced after talking to the lobby."

"From the moment we arrived the staff were very kind and attentive offering us a drink and support with bags. The location is perfect and right next to the beach. The staff service was like no other, thank you to Trang our receptionist who helped us with advice on activities in the area. Would highly recommend! "

"Our stay was very good. Great staff. Breakfast had many options. Its clean and has many amenities. Access to the beach with lots of local shopping a eating choices. We were pk the 31st floor at could hear the music from the club but didnt last to late in the evening. Also the sound from next room and the hall could be heard. Otherwise, for the value, location, service and cleanliness 5/5."
