"Tarsus properties are a little pricy compared to Mersin, but at Burhanoglu, you get to stay in a historic Ottoman mansion with unique beehive bay window. The room might be a little dim, but it's comfortable. Breakfast is pleasant, but the star attraction might be Kuki, the black pug, who will be begging food from you. "

"The worst hotel I’ve ever visited in my life. For two days, I tried to find hot water for the bathroom, but to no avail. My children got sick because they had to bathe in cold water. Every time I called the reception, they said they were fixing the water. What kind of hotel is this? I had to go to a public bath just to take a shower. There was also no safe place to park the car."

"I booked for one adult and one child , but they provide only one blanket and one towel !!!! I tried to talk to them friendly , but one stuff was shouting and other one didn't accept to provide another blanket for my child , as a result I had to leave the hotel an request a refund for other 2 night. More over , the towel and mattres sheet was damaged !!! As my first time I had seen hotel provide a damaged items at room."

"We stopped for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Room was immaculate and modern. Hotel reception seating area is awesome, like a Palace ( see pics) Staff were very helpful . Breakfast was huge. All this for a great price as well. Would reccomend it 100%"

"The staff were very friendly, offering tea and coffee all-day-long. Breakfast was also good and the rooms were well-maintained. I did not use the spa downstairs, but they offer massages there too. The main downside was the location. It is located in an automobile repair-industrial district. I was told by taxi drivers to avoid walking there at night, and transportation costs to and from the hotel by taxi can add up. "

"Apart from being very central and offering a reasonable breakfast, everything else was negative about our stay at hotel Sevron. The daytime hotel manager didn’t make an effort, while the night porter spoke several languages. The hotel staff smoked in the dining room and in the bed rooms while cleaning them. We had two different rooms, one had a leaking basin, the other lack of water in the shower. Bed linen was dirty and we had to ask for a duvet (December). The lift broke down during our stay...

"I spent a pleasant 3 nights here. Internet, hot water, and cleanliness were top notch. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I recommend the hotel, the city it is in, not so much.
