"The staff are the absolute nicest and most helpful of any hotel. They helped me understand the luggage transfer form and got my baggage shipped easily. They were patient with me when I locked myself out of my room. The room was flawlessly cleaned. The facilities had everything I needed including beer vending machine and laundry.
