"This is what a vacation should be! Spacious room with ocean views (I upgraded). My bathroom & balcony were HUGE (shower & a large tub). I loved all the lighting options- dim, mood lighting as well as brighter lights as needed. "I have stayed in many all inclusives, and Gran Fiesta Americana Coral Beach definitely wins the top spot! They were fantastic - so many amenities, beautiful new restaurants (the Argentinian steakhouse was AMAZING) and so many events and activities. The pools and beaches were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Great staff and made our experience memorable by going above and beyond every time. "Really wonderful staff, excellent food and great value for money. The beach was clean and not crowded though we did go in low season. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres using the Ultra Carga ferry. The only thing I didn’t like was the overly aggressive timeshare marketing. We made the mistake of sitting in on their pitch which went on for three hours!!!!! I had to tell them we were done with them before they would let us leave. It really spoiled our first day at the resort. "

Everything was easily accessible for us and i noticed it was very accessible for persons with disabilities everywhere on the property which is amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful with all our needs and especially helpful to accommodate my son with a special cake for his birthday.
