Valeria was very friendly and helpful upon check in and throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed with cookies and refreshment. She helped us find a parking spot in a very crowded area. Location is very convienent and close to city centre.

Very very noisy from nearby club

The pictures make the rooms and hotel look much better then it actually was. The room was very small to start, almost impossible to get 2 regular suitcases in, and there were no available plugs to charge your phone near the bed. On the one side it was used by the fridge, on the other side it was hardwired for the airconditioning so you couldn't pull it out. There were night lamps on the side tables, but again those couldn't be used because no plugs were available. The only way to charge your phone was to use the socket of the tv or the one socket in the bathroom. No other sockets at all. Then, there was only 1 small light for the whole room, which was white so not pleasant at all and not bright. There were no proper blankets on the bed, only a very very small blankets and an old school lower blanket. The fridge is placed right next to the bed, so it is quite noisy and noticeable. Also, the neighbors using their shower or toilet is very noticeable. On the plus, the bathroom was very clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, we had the impression the hotel was renovated a few years ago, but without much thought going into it. Just a lick of paint.
