"Beautiful old style of a house. Located in Santa Teresa, a hill nearby Centro. Next to Sambodromo. The area ist nice and safe. The owner is a nice family, he and his wife run a good service . Room has to share the bathrooms, it is very clean so it is okay to share. The biggest room has aircondition and nice view. The buildung is old, the law protected from any changing. The owner has to ask for permission for any changing of the house. He is going to do more comfortable for this hotel."

"The owner Raul is a very friendly and intelligent guy. He provided a lot of info about the area, such as the botanical garden, the mall and the restaurants etc. The hot water shower was the best I had during my trip in Brazil.
